What is an Apostille?
An Apostille is a cover attached to a document which has been authenticated by a Secretary of State and, in some instances, the US Department of State allowing the document to be used in a foreign country.
Bound by a treaty signing back in 1961 known as the Hague Convention, documents are authenticated by the Secretary of State from which they originate. If they country of destination is not a member of the Hague, the document(s) then require legalization from the U.S. Department of State.

Ed Gelb has worked in online marketing since 2009, bringing countless businesses higher profitability through effective marketing. He has now started focusing only on marketing for attorneys with Aurora Legal Marketing. Ed has a master’s degree from Harvard University, currently working on a Doctorate degree and has the skill to bring law firms to higher levels of productivity and profitability with his Attorney 10x Case System.
